Martin H. Nannie, Charles T. Emmma, Mary, James and Caleb Burnley, Henry
D. Amanda, Mildred Miles and Georgianna Gardner, Cordelia G. Cosby and
James Burnley. You will please take notice that Charles J. Thomasson
has filed before me as Commissioner appointed by the Judge of the
Circuit Court of Louisa County, under the provisions of the act of the
General Assembly of Virginia passed February 21st 1866 Entitled "an act
to amend and reenact Section 13 & 14 of Chapter 176 of the Code of
1860," his petition for the purpose of proving the loss of the original
will of Caroline E. T. Burnley dec'd its proof and recondation, the
renunication of the Executor or Executors and the qualification of the
administrator with her will annexed before the County Court of Louisa County,
and that you were perons that may be affected by said proof. I have
appointed Monday the 13th day of August 1866 as the time and the Law office
of Henry W. Murray Esq. at Louisa Courthouse as the place for proceeding
on said petition, when and where you will please attend in order to protect
your interests. July 20th 1866
